One more Step
I use a sliding scale tier system, inspired by my friend and mentor Xu Wang . You choose where you’re at—and can shift tiers as your life shifts. It’s about honoring your story, not measuring your worth. If you have insurance for therapy that you may not use fully this year, please consider the redistribution tier to help fund the reparations tier!
